Program & Administrative Support Officer
$57 272 + super
Full time

The position…provides executive level support to the Manager Community Services and administrative and business support to the Branch. You will support the planning, coordination and implementation of discrete projects, undertake research and analysis to support project-based work, and coordinate operational procedures under the direction of the Branch Manager.

You will have…

  • Proven experience in executive support, administration, financial, purchasing and business support activities
  • An understanding of and experience in project management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the capacity to facilitate marketing and communications requirements of the branch
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellence in customer service and stakeholder relationship management
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-function team environment and ability to manage work flows and competing priorities
  • High level of competence in the Microsoft Office software environment, including marketing and graphic presentation skills
  • High level organisational skills and the ability to develop business systems to improve and support the work of the Manager and Branch
