$35.20 per hour + super
Casual (up to 19 hours per week) - 6 month contract
The position… Our dynamic Tourism Melbourne Branch requires versatile Tourism Operations Supervisors to perform operational, customer service and administrative activities in our visitor service network. As a Tourism Operations Supervisor, we are looking for an exceptional individual with a proven ability to lead, develop and motivate a team of volunteers and staff, and take tourism operations to a level that supports a growing demand for service. The position works across a 7 day roster arrangement, with a focus on weekend shifts.
You will have…
- Experience in the development, supervision and performance management of staff and volunteers
- Well developed interpersonal skills that facilitate your ability to liaise at all levels
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in customer service
- Sound product knowledge of Melbourne and Regional Victoria and the tourism industry
- Excellent computer and administrative skills
