Full Time
Do you have experience in:
- Managing and rostering staff
- Pool plant management
- Prior gymnasium and stadium experience
- Managing and developing budgets, including capital works projects
- Managing external contracts for cleaning and maintenance
- Using LINKS point of sale software
- Conducting annual Life Saving Victoria audits
- Facilitating In-house training
- Café experience
- Developing operating policies and procedures
You will have…
- Skills in providing information that outlines the benefits of membership and secondary spending opportunities to prospective customers, in person, electronically and over the telephone
- High level of understanding of specific key performance drivers required for decision making in relation to facility operations, customer relationship management, contract negotiations with both community user groups and key stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, with an ability to learn City of Melbourne document management systems
- Current Pool Lifeguard, Pool Operators Certificate, Level 2 First Aid Certificate, Working With Children Check
Desirable:
- Experience using Links POS and Sportskeep or similar software
- Qualified AustSwim Instructor
- Food handling certificate
- Experience processing direct debit
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate business qualifications
- Certificate IV in Work Place Training & Assessment
- OH&S Certificate
